Yesterday, well yes I'm tarlking about the salad of yesterday, I'm very sorry to be late, and I have to confess that yesterday was about to be a day without salad... a day "without" in french, a dead day, this 23rd of July. And then, the end of the day appeared under better aspects, a drink with friends to say goodby before leaving on holidays. Reunion with Hélène, young future mom who, if she told to have lost half of her brain did not certainly lose her sense of humor. Sublimate moment with the as much sublime Delphine, whom I invite you to listen to and to meet in september (for example here). And then gone hurtling off. Tying to avoid the the rain falling like waterspouts every hour currently on Paris. And because someone was waiting for me, yeah ... for one late diner that obviously gave me the occasion to cook a salad. A absolutely basic one, but it seems to have been shot at the end of a party, or on the way home after clubbing. It would almost evoke me one x or one y ... Don't you think so ? Oh come on..
Ingrédients pour 2 :
- quelques feuilles de salade romaine
- 1 poignée de graines germées de votre choix
- 4 petites tomates cerises
- quelques copeaux de ce gruyère 38 mois incroyable
- huile d'olive et vinaigre balsamique pour rester dans la plus pure simplicité
Pas de préparation particulière. A servir avec une omellette aux fines herbes pour les filles, aux lardons pour les garçons.
