So well, we are the 19th of August, but let me offer you this recipe anyway...
Dolce Vita Salad
Ingrédients pour 4 personnes :
2 tomates Kumato
1/2 poivron rouge
2 poignées de cresson de fontaine
1 mozzarella di Bufala Campana
1 poignée de petits pois frais et cuits
6 brins de ciboulette
Huile d'olive, vinaigre balsamique, poivre du moulin, fleur de sel
Dans un plat creux, disposez tous les ingrédients.
Assaisonnez d'huile d'olive et vinaigre balsamique. Donnez un tour de moulin à poivre et servez avec de la fleur de sel.
